SmartTech ToolKit

A security-focused portable IT service ecosystem, built for controlled technical work.

SmartTech ToolKit is more than a bootable USB drive — it is being developed as a complete portable IT service ecosystem. It brings diagnostic, operating-system deployment, maintenance and recovery workflows together with service tools, managed images and integrity controls for professional and advanced technical use.

01 / MORE THAN A BOOTABLE USB DRIVE

A controlled environment for technical work.

The aim is not to create another collection of utilities. SmartTech ToolKit is being built as a complete service ecosystem around SMARTTECH CORE OS, controlled booting, integrity verification and repeatable workflows — with the physical USB or portable SSD acting as one part of the wider platform.

01

Security by design

The architecture is being designed around cryptographic verification, trusted components, integrity metadata and a protected path for platform updates.

02

Controlled portable environment

A bootable platform intended to keep service environments, tools and supported operating-system images available from one controlled portable device.

03

Built for real IT workflows

Designed for diagnostic, deployment, maintenance and recovery work carried out by technicians, administrators, service businesses and advanced users.

02 / PLANNED PLATFORM SCOPE

What SmartTech ToolKit is being designed to include.

The following capabilities describe the current development direction. They are not a claim that every module is complete or ready for release.

03 / CONTROLLED UPDATES

Designed for controlled, verified updates.

The planned update process may cover SMARTTECH CORE OS, SmartTech ToolKit components, security components, metadata, tools, drivers and approved operating-system images. Releases are intended to be assessed and distributed through a controlled verification process rather than adopted automatically as soon as a publisher makes them available.

  2. 02

SmartTech ToolKit platform, Launcher, modules and SmartTech components

  3. 03

04 / COMPATIBILITY DIRECTION

Designed for modern UEFI-based systems.

Development is focused on UEFI x86_64 computers and service, deployment and recovery workflows involving Windows 10, Windows 11, Linux and SMARTTECH CORE OS. Compatibility is continuously validated throughout development; support for every computer, image or configuration is not claimed.

05 / CONCEPT HARDWARE

Hardware qualification is underway.

SmartTech ToolKit is being designed for qualified USB-A, USB-C and future portable SSD configurations. Final hardware will be selected through compatibility, sustained performance, endurance and reliability testing, with long-term availability and product consistency also considered. Initial configurations are expected to start around 256 GB, with higher-capacity USB and portable SSD options planned. Potential 2-in-1 USB-A and USB-C designs remain subject to supplier qualification.
